BLTouch interference while testing scaffold printing

Hey, I'm trying out scaffold bioprinting using a syringe extruder on my 3D printer. Because the scaffolds must go into a hydrogel tray, the BLTouch probe bumps into the tray when it's doing the Z homing and leveling. Has anyone figured out how to get around this issue when printing inside containers instead of on the printer bed?

You can usually fix that by setting a safe Z offset or manually leveling above the tray, helps avoid the BLTouch bumping the hydrogel.
